Tactical Mindfulness Tool Up
Help your employees breathe easier. Help them learn to focus on the task at hand (yes, even their fourth hour of Zoom), down-regulate their nervous systems, and treat themselves and each other with empathy and respect.
In my corporate-finance days, I built and managed a quick-growth-company’s analytics team, led trainings, and even processed and communicated commissions for a spell. In other words: I like to save companies money and I know how to talk to your people.
I’ll meet your employees where they’re at and equip them with practical tools to remain clear, open-minded, and agile in the midst of uncertainty, stress, distraction, and change.
Think my Corporate Mindfulness Training might be a fit for your team?
Let’s start with a free consult. I look forward to learning about your team’s needs. Drop me a line and we’ll go from there.
This program is completely customizable to meet your team’s needs while respecting their time as a precious resource. On your consultation call, we’ll discuss which flavor’s best for you.
Tested strategies, proven results.
“I’ll meet your employees where they’re at and equip them with practical tools to remain clear, open-minded, and agile in the midst of uncertainty, stress, distraction, and change.”
During my time as a “Data Nerd,” I curated a toolkit of guerilla mindfulness techniques to stay present and thrive in board meetings and boring meetings.
I’ve since leveraged that experience, along with my training as a yoga teacher, transformational life coach, and art therapy mentor to develop and lead mindfulness programs for tech startups, nonprofits, homeless kids and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Tactical Mindfulness Trainings are secular; read: no “woo woo, hippie nonsense.”
With that said, I’m told I “make the mundane magical.” So, it won’t be a sciencey-snoozefest either.
I live to help people breathe easier and shake off their limiting beliefs, empowering them to do the big work they’re here to do.
Participants will experience the calming, revitalizing, and focusing power of mindfulness firsthand and leave with an action plan to implement and benefit from mindfulness in their daily life.
